А главный вопрос - входит ли Черновцы в эту зона. по закону - должен входить, ибо большая часть черновцов (от ентузиастов до кварца и от 300 полка до гравитона) находится в 30 киламетровой зоне. А если часть населённого пункта находится в 30 киламетровой зоне то оно тоже участвует но не больше как на 50 км от границы.

Был опыт. Ездил на подачу по болгарской.
Погранцам румынским скажите что в сучаве вас ждёт автобус который вас отвезёт скажем на солнечный берег..но когда будете ехать назад и румыны увидять что у вас не было отметок в вьезд в Болгарию - будут ругать и гррозить что если есчё раз такая фигня то депортируют( трындели им что мол автобус сломался итд поэтому поехать в болгарию не смогли. Но мне более 1 раза не надо было..

А на обратном пути сертификат не показывали? Может они лояльнее отнеслись бы, погранцы эти?

Я по болгарской ездил на ПОДАЧУ документов, соотв сертификата не было.
Когда ездили на присягу - были ребята с болгарскими, но по пути обратно сертификат не показывали ибо он остался у адвоката в Бухаресте для подачи на СОР и СОБ, но если бы был на руках - упростило бы разговор.

Я тоже ездил на подачу в Сучаву по болгарской визе. Румыны ничего не сказали когда возвращался. Может уже что-то поменялось и они не спрашивают почему не был в Болгарии. Не знаю. Может просто так получилось. У меня вопрос к тем кто знает. Могу ли я находиться в Румынии по болгарской визе на срок её действия. Ну или заезжать и выезжать в течении её срока действия(виза мульт.на180 дней). Хочу поехать в Румынию где-то на месяц-полтора. Кто знает напишите пожалуйста. Спасибо.

Раньше было можно транзитом до 5 суток, вроде с прошлого года если виза от 2х раз-до мульти можно 90 дней/на полгода.

что-то не хотят Румыны в Москве и Питере открывать бесплатную визу на основании того что я в приказе) выдают ли визу бесплатно в украине и рф? если да - то на основании чего?

Может вам нужно присягу не в Румынии давать , а в той же маскве или Спб ? Поэтому и не дают. Кстати без разговорного румынского на присяге в Бухаресте жопа. Там Тину рулит и валит..))

А почему не получить туристическую?

Пока решала, хочу ли подавать документы, закончился Шенген. Новый получать было не под что. Поэтому решила поставить румынскую.
На Букинге забронировала отель и попросила прислать скан подтверждения бронирования с печатью отеля. Прислали, и даже деньги на карте не блокировали. Ехала жд до Кишинева. Приложила. В пояснительной записке указала, что из Кишинева поеду на автобусе и вернусь так же. Получение румынской визы в Москве дольше, чем любой шенген. Это надо учитывать. Заполнение анкеты на сайте (Проверяйте статус! Я на этом потеряла три дня. Думала, что вопросы, если появятся, придут по почте. Нетушки. Только на сайте смотреть). После исправления и подтверждения соответствия документов, назначают дату визита в посольство - через 10 дней. В посольстве отдаешь оригиналы документов, и получаешь визу через пять дней. В общей сложности - долго. Шенген можно получить за неделю. Но зато никаких проблем на границе. Только легкое удивление пограничников, которые, очевидно, не часто видят именно румынские визы ))).
